My wife and I went to Crabtree Lexus for the first time. We wanted to consider leasing a plug-in hybrid SUV and were greeted by Kevin Czerniawski, a member of the sales team. We’ve bought and leased many vehicles over many years, and have rarely written reviews. In this case, though, we both were so very impressed with Kevin that we felt a review was well deserved. Kevin, without exception, is a 5 gold star example of a phenomenal sales person. He is incredibly welcoming and friendly. He demonstrates a wonderfully positive energy that lifts your spirit and brings a smile to your face. He is a great listener and ensures any and all questions you have are quickly answered. And, as importantly, he provides timely follow-up without coming across as overly pushy. After struggling with a transmission shifting issue on my 2006 Lexus LS430 for over two months and consulting with three different mechanics, I was finally referred to Crabtree Lexus of East Haven. From the start, Marissa, the Service Advisor, and Andrew, the Service Manager were professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. Rather than recommending the most expensive repair, they suggested a less invasive approach by replacing the ECU first before considering a transmission replacement. They thoroughly explained the process, kept me informed every step of the way, and ultimately solved the problem at a very reasonable cost. Their honesty, expertise, and commitment to customer service were outstanding. The car is shifting perfectly now, and I couldn’t be happier. Never give them a deposit on a vehicle. Should you change your mind, they will hold your money hostage for weeks. Thankfully, Marc Weinstock fixed the issue and was very helpful.
