I just had a terrific experience buying a new Lexus from Anthony Faustini of David McDermott Lexus of New Haven. It was a very easy and pleasant experience. Anthony was knowledgeable and made it all simple. I couldn’t be happier!

I was searching for an RX 350 for my 85 year old parents, who had a long list of requirements (fully optioned as well) and were firm on the price they were willing to pay. This was NO easy task! My neighbor, who had just purchased a pristine, yet previously loved RX 350, suggested I contact Anthony Faustini from this dealership. She praised her experience with him. From our initial introduction, Anthony was not just good but exceptional. He did not try to "up sell", or "under sell" us. Rather, his concern was that we take our time and locate the car that was just right for us. There was NO pressure ever. It was refreshing and very enjoyable at every step. At times, with my 85 year old parents, the experience became very comical. Anthony was very patient, answering any and all questions and letting us know he just wanted my parents to pick the right car for them. Best of all, we did find the "just right" RX 350, with more features (and way more loaded) than my parents ever imagined. It is also certified, in unbelievable condition and within their budget!! The dealership went above and beyond, taking all the necessary steps to title this car in Massachusetts, where my parents live. WAHOO!!! At every step, Anthony was a fantastic communicator and made this car buying experience really fun. We even enjoyed a few laughs along the way! We will really miss you Anthony....until the next time we are in the market for another Lexus!!! And then, we are coming to find you!!

After reading some recent reviews, this may seem like a repeat. I was meeting old friends for lunch in New Haven when an oil hose broke on my 2008 RX350 causing all the oil to empty out. We got the car towed to McDermott Lexus at about 3 in the afternoon. Tanya, the very attentive and attentive service person, took charge and we were able to get the car repaired and be on our way in about two hours. Couldn't ask for better attention. Many thanks
