I bought a Lexus NX from Crabtree Lexus this week. I had a wonderful experience with this business and our Sales Person Daniel Vasquez. The process of shopping for the car and finally bringing it home could not have gone better. I recommend them enthusiastically. Not to mention the beautiful car!

We had a very relaxed no pressure experience with Kevin at Crabtree Lexus while purchasing our NX350 Luxury. We switched from an Audi Q5 to Lexus and like the Lexus much more. I don’t know folks I am 50-50 on this place. I bought a 2017 Lexus GX 460 the price was a little high in my opinion. The salesman was a fast talking person And this is why I recommend to everybody no matter where you buy your car from always take it and get a second opinion on it. I wanna share my experience with you guys. So maybe about five months ago I bought this 2017 Lexus GX 460 from Crabtree Lexus in New Haven look beautiful, clean inside and out drove beautiful, but there was a few things wrong with it that the salesman Was not upfront with it first of all the car was involved in an accident. He never said that I found that out through Carmax. 30 days into it. I had to replace the battery $250.30 days after that I had to take it through emissions which something the dealer should have done 5000 miles later the radio stopped working completely so now I have no navigation no AC no heat and whatever else that contraction works And also the MID Which stands for multiple information data they want to charge me $6000 to fix that or $1000 to fix a broken wire at this point. I am so disgusted with the vehicle that it just sits in front of my house so like I said at the beginning, no matter where you buy your car from always get a second opinion so be very careful just because it’s Lexus dealership doesn’t mean you’re gonna get Lexus quality

We very recently purchased a new Lexus from Crabtree Lexus of New Haven. We started the process "remotely" from Sarasota with Erick Franceschini and Emanual "Manny" Santiago. Our car was still under production. Both kept us well informed throughout the process and were very responsive to emails, texts and phone calls. (Both were also very helpful and transparent advising us on selling our Toyota to CarMax when they couldn't quite match the sales price.) We picked up our new car yesterday and Manny and Bill (I'm sorry, we didn't catch his last name) were great going over the technology of our new car. Erik H, Business Manager was organized, informative and professional. All around an A+ experience. PS We also have had very positive experiences with the Crabtree Lexus Service department. We own another Lexus which we bought in Sarasota but have had serviced at Crabtree.
