I just had a refreshingly honest experience with their service department. Unusual for a dealer. Didn't try to upsell, and didn't charge me for a diagnostic because.... well it's complicated, but let's just say they couldn't really help me. But in a good way. Like fixing the car probably isn't worth it. Tayna was refreshingly authentic and helpful.

The staff and managers were very helpful with finding us a car that we were looking for rx350 our salesman with Yousif Bali did outstanding job going over our features of our new vehicle on delivery and after the sale, he followed up with a phone call to make sure we were happy with the car I would definitely use them again in the future
