They managed to make errors on every document they provided, they didn't initially supply the final signed paperwork, and for each and every problem there was to resolve it was met with antagonism and frustration. We dealt with Bill Newman at Crabtree Lexus. He was terrific, as was the rest of the staff that evening. They closed at 7pm. Bill and the staff, including the general manager, all stayed until past 9pm to accommodate my wife and I. This was a pleasant no pressure experience.
