After struggling with a transmission shifting issue on my 2006 Lexus LS430 for over two months and consulting with three different mechanics, I was finally referred to Crabtree Lexus of East Haven. Every step of the car buying process with Crabtree Lexus was agonizing and tedious. They managed to make errors on every document they provided, they didn't initially supply the final signed paperwork, and for each and every problem there was to resolve it was met with antagonism and frustration. My salesman Bill Newman was excellent and he went above and beyond to make my experience an excellent one and in fact stayed after hours to make sure I was comfortable with the operation of the vehicles even though he had a family member in the hospital.
